Fruit Dip II
Yummy and easy~ :) I prefer less cream cheese, approximately 3/4 of a pack.

Cola Pork Chops
I tried making it with chicken, and it turned out pretty well. I used diet coke to make it low in calories. I also liked the idea of adding onions to the dish. The onions blend well with the sauce. The con of this dish is that it doesn't look very nice. It's not something I can serve my guests. The chicken was very white, and the sauce was a lil watery. Maybe I'll add cornstarch in the end to thicken it.

Lower Fat Banana Bread I
This is a great low-fat recipe. It tastes like regular banana bread, except that it's healthier :) Changes I made: a little more than 1/4 cup of apple sauce to replace the margarine, a few drops of vanilla and almond extract, and more bananas (I used 3). The extra banana and apple sauce make it very moist. It's actually so moist that it sticks to the knife when I slice a piece, which I dun mind cuz I like moist bread. I'll also add less sugar next time. It's a lil too sweet for my taste.
