Moroccan-Style Stuffed Acorn Squash

This was awesome!! I had some leftover ground turkey so I mixed it in. I will be putting this in the rotation :) I didn't change anything except for adding the turkey. LOVED it!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

This was amazing!!! I only made minor changes; soaked the breadcrumbs in the milk, added shredded carrot and diced onion. Instead of ketchup, I used bbq sauce (sweet baby rays) it's the best! Oh my goodness!!! I never get seconds especially with something like meatloaf, but I did tonight. GREAT recipe....in my file for good :)

Crepes

I think this recipe is perfect. As others have said, it is not sweet or salty, so you can serve it with whatever you like. Use plenty of butter to coat the pan, and then swirl batter around, to make sure it thins out and coats the surface. I added vanilla and cinnamon to the batter and had the crepes with raspberry preserves. Yum!!!

Oven-Baked Beans

This is a wonderful recipe! I make it with all of the same ingredients, but use a different method: I cook the onions in a separate pan from the bacon. Then I mix all the ingredients in a bowl before adding the bacon and onion. This is a great completely homemade-tasting dish. YUM!!

Butternut Squash Soup II

This soup was wonderful! I omitted the potatoes altogether, added extra celery and onion and carrots. I gave it a dash of nutmeg and cumin. It was so great! Just before serving I added shaved parmesan and homemade croutons. Will keep this in permanent fall rotation! Thanks for the great soup!

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

This was great and so easy! We lost power this morning so I could not make it in the slow cooker. I just browned the meat and threw it in a pot with all the ingredients. I added a can of corn, green pepper, a whole onion (instead of half), and 2 soup cans of chicken broth. It was delicious!!
