Sangria! Sangria!

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2012
Made this with different fruit but stayed very close to the original recipe. Everyone loved it and it was soon gone. Great summer drink.

Cinnamon Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
This is a really great pie. I did not even know about cinnamon pie until I watch the episode of Duel Spires on Psych and looked it up. It is now my favorite pie. So yummy with whipped cream. I modified mine a little with two eggs instead of one and halfed the milk with condensed milk for a custudy feel.

Jen's Chorizo Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
This was great and very flavorful. The chorizo in this is so yummy. I made it very close to the recipe except a little less butter. Other than that there is nothing I would change. My husband had three servings and my picky 8 year old son had seconds (except for the red peppers). It may use a couple of pans but so worth the extra dish washing.

Aussie Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2011
For a fast and really easy dish that is super tasty Aussie Chicken is it. My 8 year old asked for seconds. I did not use the corn syrup or onion flakes but it turned out sweet enough with the honey. The chicken was so tender.

Broccoli Chicken Roli

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2010
This is really easy and a great dish to bring to a party. I did not put the green peppers in and doubled the dijon mustard.
