Absolutely fantastic! I did try with the almond extract first because I just love almond flavor and it was perfect! I will be trying lemon, vanilla and any flavor I can think up. My sugar cookies look so wonderful this year! Thanks so much for a great recipe!

Sloppy Joes II

This was the best Sloppy Joes recipe I have tried so far! I did add 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce, and uped the ketchup to make it extra sloppy. Great Recipe!

No Bake Choco-Peanut-Oatmeal Cookies

I made this recipe almost to the T and it came out great! I added a little more peanut butter (cause we love peanut butter) and I boiled it for about 2 1/2 minutes. I will use this recipe again!

Peanut Butter Bars I

This was a GREAT recipe! I would not recommend cutting any of the butter tho. The first time I made this I cut the butter to 1 1/2 sticks but it was not as smooth as my second batch with 2 sticks. I did however add a tsp of vanilla to give it a little extra something.

Sausage Gravy III

Chocolate Mice

I used chocolate animal crackers instead of cookies (I actually couldn't find just plain chocolate cookies in the grocery) and they were fantastic! My 3 year old now asks for them over any other cookie which is quite a complement since she is so picky. I tried them myself and while they are not really my thing they were very good. Even if they had been awful the fun I had making these with my daughter and the squeals I got from her as we put their ears and eyes on was well worth the effort!

Caramel Shortbread Squares

The caramel actually came out quite fantastic, but the shortbread cookie tasted very dry and bland. I am defiantly going to try this recipe again but I will try to spruce it up with some macadamia nuts or pecans and perhaps add some vanilla to the batter.
