Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
I actually made 14 of these a few weeks ago after we went apple picking. Maybe it was the size of the apples that we had, but we only needed 4-5 apples per pie, but they were giant. Everyone loved the pies, and I will be making more of 'em!

Stuffed Shells III
Really needed some spices and flavoring added to the cheese and sauce. Also, I didn't use any mushrooms. A good reference for time and measurements, but I added a lot of flavors and made something quite different and delicious.
