Best Bread Machine Bread
The BEST one out here!! Used the dough setting on the bread machine, rolled it out into an oiled bowl & let it rise/double. Punched it down & folded it over itself several times & the placed in loaf pan. After another rise doubling in size we ran a knife down the middle about 1/4 inch and then drizzled honey over the entire top of it. Bread Love!!

Grandmother's Pound Cake II
This cake is perfect as is. I also baked one with a few changes: added 1/4c sugar free caramel syrup and 1/2c cocoa powder and turned out a very good chocolate pound cake!

Salisbury Steak
This one has been asked for over & over again! We use 3/4 can french onion soup in the ground sirloin mix and another can plus 1/4 for the gravy. For the gravy -- once the soup is heated we scoop out about a cup of just the liquid and whisk with two TBSP flour until disolved, pour it back into the mix and stir to desired consitency for gravy. This is great over rice or mashed potatoes. You can alter the flour mixture to get it to the thicknes you prefer.
