I am a 25 about to be 26 and I have been watching and helping my mother cook since I was a little girl but, it was not until I began working as a personal care assistant in the home with Alzheimer patients that I began to create my own recipes. I was forced to make meals that were memorable so that the patients would enjoy them and would remember that they were in the fridge. Last year I got married and this was when I realized that I was actually a great cook! Everyone seemed to love all my experiments and I got great reviews. And recently I was even hired to be a families personal chef.
My favorite things to cook
Chicken strips and Cheesy rice. Sorry guys I can't share it I committed to my husband to harbor this recipe in our family alone (Even our mothers can't make it).
My favorite family cooking traditions
Lima bean and meatball soup!
My cooking triumphs
I made meat sauce that was fantastic without a recipe!
My cooking tragedies
Irish cook book recommended brown mustard and spice chicken blaaa! this was not a repeat in our house!
