This was a fabulous recipe! I did tweak it a little bit. I added garlic powder to the water that I boiled for my rice. It added a hint of garlic without overpowering the whole recipe. I chopped my onion and cooked that with my ground beef. As far as seasoning, I used greek seasoning, red pepper flakes and cajun seasoning. I did parboil my peppers for about 7 minutes, removed them from the water and let them cool before I stuffed them. After stuffing them, I cooked them for about 35 minutes and checked them and they were perfect! I topped them with cheddar jack cheese and browned the cheese! It is now a new favorite of my fiancee :)
