Soft Sugar Cookies IV
I love this recipe! Sugar cookies have never been my favourite cookie because they tend to be a bit crisper than I like, but these ones are so soft and tender. I used almond extract instead of vanilla because I'm a sucker for almond, and they were fantastic. My two-year-old daughter and I rolled out a portion of the dough so we could cut out hearts and then rolled the rest into little balls and dipped them in sugar; both turned out great. Thanks for this wonderful recipe! I'm throwing out my other one and replacing it with this one.
