Buttery Soft Pretzels

Too much flour!!!! Add the flour to the water/yeast mixture until it is the right consistency. I only used 3-4 cups!

Beef and Blue Cheese Crostini

This is a fantastic appetizer! Marinating the beef is what makes it so good. I added some coarse salt to the marinade and left it marinade overnight. I added about 4 TBLS "light" blue cheese salad dressing to make it more spreadable. I warmed the crostini on low heat in the oven before serving! Yummy!

Mushroom Chicken Dijon

This is very good. I made it like Marnie and added 1 cup chicken broth and more flour to make a gravy. Chopped up the chicken in bite size pieces and spooned over puff pastry shells. Sprinkled with chopped fresh chives.
