This was very timely and very yummy. I baked the eggs in individual silicone muffin cups. It turns out the eggs bake at the same time and temperature as baking powder biscuits, so they make a very complimentary breakfast duo. I had some left over sausage gravy (also from this site), so I didn’t use any meat with the eggs, but I did sprinkle salt and pepper on top before baking. By using the silicone cups I didn’t need to use any butter or cooking spray, they turned out of the cups beautifully. In 15 minutes, I had a piping hot breakfast of freshly baked biscuits, baked eggs and sausage gravy and very little effort. There are so many ways that this recipe can be customized, I will definitely be making these again. Great idea – thanks for sharing!
