We both really loved it! I added a little extra carrot (by accident) but it wasn't noticed. No peas (gross) and no onion (he doesn't like it). I added about 1/4c. extra milk and chicken broth. I cooked the chicken, celery and carrots in chicken broth and used that same chicken broth in the milk mixture. I baked the bottom pie crust for 6 minutes prior to assembly. I also added salt, pepper, garlic powder and season all while boiling the chicken. We also added salt and pepper in our bowls too. His suggestion: add salt to the top of the pie crust before baking. He loved it and would eat it again, so it's a keeper!!
UPDATE: My mother in-law had me make it for them, and they loved it! I made too much, but it made for good leftovers. I also shared the recipe with a couple co workers. I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
