Little Meat Loaves

I made this meatloaf for dinner tonight. It was moist and delish! It was a huge hit and I will definately be making this again. Thanks for the recipe!

Sloppy Joe Casserole

The first time I made this it was a bit dry. The second time I made a few minor adjustments by adding additional sloppy joe sauce. It was far better once those adjustments were made.

Easy Mediterranean Fish

Filet Mignons With Pepper Cream Sauce

I am pretty much only rating the sauce. I found the pepper cream sauce to be a bit thin. I will make this again but with adjustments to provide a thicker sauce.

Creamy Beef Stroganoff

I am usually not a big fan of stroganoff but made this for my boyfriend. He loved it and I was pleasantly surprised. Great recipe, though I add a bit more sour cream then the recipe called for.

Manicotti Alla Romana

We loved this dish and devoured all of it in one sitting. However, I am not a fan of spinach so I didn't include that when I made it. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly.
