Very good, I used 5 fresh chicken breasts, cooked them on high for 3 hours, shredded the chicken, then cooked on high for another hour. It turned out perfectly. The chicken absorbed the sauce so it was thick, moist and flavourful. With the leftovers I tossed them on a whole wheat pizza crust with some green pepper, red onion, double smoked bacon and cheddar cheese. Then topped that with a little bit of freshly chopped cilantro. Amazing pizza. I will be making this again and again.
