Cheesy Baked Eggs

Really, really good base recipe that lends itself beautifully to adaptations. I've made it three times in the past week, adding a variety of veggies each time. It's come out perfectly each time -- never over- or under-cooked. This recipe is a keeper for sure!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Good. I made the recipe as written. Unfortunately for me, the pumpkin taste wasn't as pronounced as I'd hoped. They tasted like more of a spice cookie. My husband detests pumpkin, so he really liked the cookies. The texture and the icing were both very satisfying. I just wish they had a stronger pumpkin taste.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Very, very good. I've made these twice now. The first time, I followed the recipe as written. They were fine, but unremarkable and I could taste the fake vanilla flavor from the pudding. I gave them another shot and followed the changes listed in SVROSS' comment. So.much.better! Make those changes and these cookies will be amazing.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Very good! My changes: Reduced white sugar to 2/3 cup (could probably do even less), added 1 1/2 cups raisins, only chilled for about 20 minutes (because I was hungry!) and didn't flatten with fork. Baked about 8:30 to 9 minutes.

Cranberry Sauce

Very good, although I changed it. I just can't leave a recipe alone. I followed others' suggestions and used half brown sugar, half white sugar. I doubled the cranberries and nearly doubled the sugar after tasting, but left the OJ at 1 cup. I also added a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Very good! I followed the advice of the reviewer who recommended mixing some panko breadcrumbs in with the parmesan. I also used 7 fresh jalapenos instead of canned. I thought it was perfect, but some did say it was a little hot.

Farmer's Market Vegetarian Quesadillas

Yum! I added a little salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder while cooking the vegetables. Then I baked them in the oven for 6 minutes at 425. Delish!
