Red Enchilada Sauce
Being from California, I'm used to good mexican and can handle the spice. I don't know if I somehow ended up with strongest chili powder on the planet, but this sauce ended up INEDIBLE! My boyfriend just licked his finer after serving himself and began coughing and I ate one piece of zucchini and cannot get rid of the pain in my mouth. So much for dinner tonight.

Tofu Sandwich Spread
This was a recipe I've been needing-I miss my mom's chicken salad sandwiches now that I'm veggie. I think there was way to much soy sauce to it and you should definitely pep it up with spices depending on what result you want. I didn't bother with freezing the tofu-just pressed out the water-since the tofu we had on hand was pretty tough anyway. No problem with sogginess. With curry was good and worked well with the soy (which I had to much off). Next time I will add a lot of dry thyme, salt, and maybe tarragon to get a more chickensalad taste. Thanks!

Spicy Salmon with Caramelized Onions
This was fantastic! It was so good that I'm actually writing my first allrecipes review even though I've been using this site for years! I cook a lot of salmon since we don't eat meat, and am always trying new recipes. This is the most flavorful and tastiest! Next time I make this I'll skip carmelizing the onions-the marinade is perfect on it's own and I honestly didn't taste the onions. I had to fry mine for longer than 8 minutes to get the fish cooked through, but if anything it made the marinade better. Thanks for the recipe!
