Blueberry Oat Dream Bars
This was the Buzz Recipe Group Selection for the week of April 27, 2015. I made using all the listed ingredients, however, I did use my own homegrown frozen blueberries. I used the dough blade in my Cuisinart food processor to make the crust. Pressed into the bottom of my lined and lightly greased pan, baked for 12 minutes and then allowed the crust to cool. Poured filling into crust and baked for exactly 30 minutes. I allowed to cool on the counter for about 10 minutes and then placed in the refrigerator for an hour. Such an easy, delicious recipe worthy of five stars! Thank you, ~*CountryGirlGourmet*~ for sharing your recipe for Blueberry Oat Dream Bars!

A Homemade San Francisco Treat: Chicken Vermicelli Rice
This an easy recipe to make. I did not have the chicken bouillon granules so I replaced with chicken bouillon powder. I also used freshly chopped parsley. It seemed to be a little bland so I sprinkled with tajin clasico seasoning.

Chef Gerard's Award Winning Caesar Salad Dressing
We really enjoyed this recipe by the late Chef Gerard Bueneman. I had never made nor eaten a "Caesar salad dressing" using these unique ingredients and was pleasantly surprised. By using my immersion blender, I created a creamy dressing by blending all of the ingredients together. The dressing was a little tart for us so I added 1 t. of sugar. Thank you, Bueny for sharing your father's recipe. It is definitely a keeper for me. This was the Buzz Recipe Group selection for April 11, 2015.
