Classic Baked Mostaccioli

I was not impressed. It was ok, but make sure you buy good quality cheeses.

This recipe is simply simple. It's inexpensive, cheap, and extremely simple. If you don't have much money and not much food around, I suggest this. I usually don't even toast my bread. I serve it over white bread with tomato slices topped with cottage cheese.

Lazy Katie's Taco Salad

In a hurry and need something reasonable to fix for a hungry family? This is it! I served this with canned refried beans and canned tamales as side dishes. Mmmm mmmm good!

Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken

This recipe is not bad. I would have spiced it up a bit more. It is good, but not as good or as tasty as my least favorite chinese resturaunt in town.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken

This recipe simply did not fit my taste. It was tasty, but ended up tasting too much like ginger, and not much like jerk chicken. It might be better fitting for the right taste buds.
