Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie
I've made this smoothie several times and I love it. I grind the oats up a bit before adding the other ingredients and let it soak in the milk a while (I use almond milk, which is delicious and removes the need to add sugar). It is lovely and thick and very filling - a perfect quick breakfast on a busy morning. I have enough for 2 glasses, so I keep on in the refrigerator for the next day.

Roasted Vegetables
I enjoyed this dish. I really wanted a good ratio of seasoning and oil and I wasn't disappointed with this recipe - the flavors mixed very well. I used potatoes, squash, onion and bell peppers (1 red and 1 green), but I will use whatever vegetables I have on hand. This is very versatile, which is great and very easy to make.

Ozarks Potato Salad
We had been invited to a cook out at a friends house and I was looking for a great potato salad to take with me. As I live in North Arkansas, I saw this recipe and thought it would be perfect! I added some garlic powder and paprika as suggested in other reviews and I used mayonnaise rather than miracle whip, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly as it was written. It was very easy to make and didn't take too long. I made it the day before as recommended by someone else, and it was delicious. It was a hit at the cook out and my daughter has pleaded with me to make another batch. It was lovely and creamy with a very nice flavor, not overpowering at all. I will definitely be making this regularly, much to my daughter's delight....
