Another option for Meringues is to leave out the lemon and use vanilla or almond to flavor them. Use a spoon to make an indentation on top like a little nest. Just before serving, fill with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

I love this bread. I could eat it every day, it's that tasty. I do add a cup of softened raisins to this. Since I use a buttermilk powder, I make the buttermilk with warm water and soften the raisins in it, and just dump the whole thing in. Last time I tried using 1 c whole wheat flour and 3 c white flour. Still came out fantastic. You simply can't go wrong with this bread!

Lemon Pepper Green Beans

I've done my own version of this for years. It's delicious. I'm glad someone thought to post it here. And I agree, you do need a lot of lemon pepper to get the right seasoning on this! Good job!

A favorite salad. I use red grapes instead of raisins and also added some shredded Swiss Cheese. The whole combination sounds weird, but it tastes really good!

Great salad! I added green onions and toasted slivered almonds. Nice additional crunch. The flavor develops even more the 2nd day.

Savory Grilled Corn

This is sooo wonderfully tasty!! I read the other reviews and expected this to be good, but I didn't realize how good! I sprayed the foil first and didn't have a problem with the cheese sticking. This is how I'll make my corn from now on!
