Tasty Green Beans

Very good. Only 4 stars because it was a tad salty. Will reduce bouillon and soy sauce next time.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Great but make sure you have a REALLY big platter and make sure it has edges to contain the liquid. Especially if you need to transport it.

Breakfast Pizza I

I used a rolled pizza crust instead of crescent rolls and cooked/chopped bacon instead of sausage. Great special morning breakfast! Portable!

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

Wow! I wasn't sure if they could live up to the hype, but they did. I used really good crusty rolls instead of focaccia and I did them in the broiler instead of on the grill. We also just tossed the veggies in the veggie grill basket instead of cooking them like it says flat on the gril..

Eggless Coffee Cake

I used regular sour cream and margarine and it was great. I also added a little bit of milk to the batter since mine was a little dry along with some cinnamon to have the entire cake having a cinnamon flavor. I also added brown sugar to the topping since my mixture never resembled the "cornmeal" texture explained. My kids gobbled it up - especially my son with an egg allergy. Will definitely make again!

Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies

Amazing! My son is allergic to eggs and this was NOT a trade off. We used vanilla yogurt instead and we loved them. No taste of yogurt at all and so soft!

Oriental Vinaigrette

This is NOT a vinagrette. It is a creamy salad dressing. Flavor was okay, but I'd rather have a REAL vinagrette next time. I love the sesame and rice wine combo...mayo just made it gross.

Penne a la Vodka II

Double Chocolate Biscotti

Amazing! I made this for Christmas gifts and was sad I kept so little for myself. The white chocolate really takes it up a notch. The first batch I made without it weren't quite as good.

Kerri's Holiday Punch

I don't know who the heck Kerri is, but this punch is great! I served it at my daughter's 1st birthday party (for the adults) and it was gone! All the women loved it. Make sure to label it as alcoholic though b/c it doesn't really taste like it is, but it will get you if you drink too much!

Chocolate Pecan Pie I

I really think the chocolate chips should have been melted with the corn syrup and then mixed in with the nuts, etc. The flavors would have blended much better if that had been instructed.

Apple Crumble Pie

WONDERFUL! So moist and tasty. I used the recommendations on here of using 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar for both parts and putting flour in with the apples. I used only 3 apples...one fuji, one granny smith, and one macintosh. Excellent and so easy.

American Lasagna

EXCELLENT! My husband made it w/o my help too! He used no boil noodles, an extra 12oz can of tomato sauce, ground turkey, 1/2 the brown sugar, and 1/2 the salt. Delicious! We'll be making 4 trays of it for my daughter's 1st birthday party!

Chicken and Corn Chowder with Thyme

My husband and I hate thyme, so I omitted it. I also used evaporated skim milk in place of the half and half. I only used 3 chicken breasts and it was just fine.
