Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2013
I had purchased canned enchilada sauce for enchiladas and it was too spicy so I needed a quick sauce for them and this sauce is delicious-I heartily reccomend this sauce and even cheaper than premade

Scones

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2013
This is a great recipe! I only needed a few so took advantage of the custom feature and made 4- Totally made this in the food processor and just gathered and rolled and made 4 scones for breakfast-I added a handful of golden raisins to the dough and baked as directed-Perfect scones and much cheaper than eating out-I did cheat and had clotted cream and jam but extremely satisfying

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2012
Great fast recipe! Even better with leftover chicken but you can use boneless chick breast-I added 1/2 pkt of Taco seasoning to the chicken and about 1/2 of a 12oz can of corn and served with yellow rice and is a family pleaser

Really quick and easy breakfast for a crowd! Made these for Thanksgiving breakfast and they were a big hit-I did flatten the biscuits with a rolling pin and sprayed the muffin cups before assembling but otherwise, the flavors were great-I served this with sausage gravy and hash browns and melon

This is the soup you make on a cold, snowy, rainy day/night-I usually have all the ingredients for this soup in the house which makes it a win win Friday night dinner with a panini sandwich-All I add is some grated sharp white cheddar to the serving bowls and it's a party in your mouth-No need to go to the high priced soup and sandwich restaurants when you can make this in your own kitchen for 1/4 the price-Yummy!

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2013
Very yummy! You must saute the onion in the butter before combining with the rest of the ingredients though to mellow them out but this is much better than the original and no driving to the restaurant-Even easier if you combine all the ingredients the night before and keep in the fridge until ready to cook
