The Best Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
Excellent...followed another reviewers advice with the 1/4 cup of ketchup and corn starch in place of flour....can't tell you how delicious they were. My boyfriend raved about them not to mention he stood by the stove waiting for the timer to go off becaused they smelled so good.

Honey Glazed Ham

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2010
Okay had some problems with this but it turned out amazing. I bought a bone in spiral ham, presliced...didn't fit in the crockpot...so I ended upsmushing it in there and losing up some of the slices. I did put this in on its side... I used pineapple juice from the slices...glaze is very thick. I put the pineapple juice on and basted every 25 mins, I used the juices at the bottom of crockpot, that I lined with foil, to baste as well as the glaze. Do not get scared 5 hours on low, I almost turned it up to high but I read other reviews don't do it. Excellent flavor with the pineapple juice...everyone loved it. This is my first attempt at Ham. Crockpot 5 hrs low, glaze, and pineapple juice...baste baste baste!

Simply Traditional Lasagna

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
My second attempt at lasanga...used the green peppers and onions...delicious. First attempt from recipe I had to cook the noodles this is so much easier and comes out great. For whatever reason I had to use double the ricotta cheese...hard for me to spread...just incase any other beginners are attmepting. Aslo two and a half regular size jars but my skillet wasn't big enough so becarful if you are using 28 ounces...

Stuffed Pork Chops III

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
I am just starting out and attempting all different kinds of meals...this one is the best so far. Delicious and easy...but looks fabulous when done. Only tweak was that the beef broth needed a can full instead of a cup and it ended up thickening up...trouble with the low/med...but it still turned out fabulous. A++++ Highly recommend for anyone begining the cooking journey...you won't be disappointed.

Roasted Broccoli

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
I am not a spicy fan...but this dish was a little too spicy for me. Other than that great side dish to add color to a plate...very simple to make and the veggies come out very tender.
