Chewy Coconut Cookies

I was out of vanilla and these were still wonderful. Had a bag of coconut in the pantry and this was a great way to use it!! Yummy!

Muesli-Applesauce Muffins

So good. I used more applesauce instead of oil, only half cup of sugar, used Kellogg's cereal and added raisins, and it was fabulous. Great recipe!!! Very yummy and moist.
