Anything Italian, pressure cooking, very slow cooked pulled pork shoulders (17 hours), sushi, ribeye roast and seafood, especially shrimp marinara.

Turkey and beef roasts on holidays.
My cooking tragedies
There are many, but I get back up, clean my pots and try again. That's the learning process and most fun of cooking. Oh, and seeing happy folks eating and enjoying my efforts.
