I am a stay at home mother of 4 active children. It's a busy life and I enjoy every minute of it! I love to bake. Baking is such a challenge. I love searching for the perfect recipe and creating a master piece. I also enjoy growing fresh produce and cooking with it. Fresh zucchini bread is a family favorite. Vine ripened tomatoes on a summer salad. Fresh rosemary on salmon. I have very fond memories of cooking traditional Hawaiian meals with my mom. We still enjoy cooking together but we now include the keiki's (children). But the best cooking is with my husband. He really is an inspiration. He's creative and fun to bake and cook with. He would make a great master chef! I'm mostly proud of my cake decorating. I started 14 years ago baking birthday cakes for my childrens themed birthday parties. I love planning every last detail of their parties. From the decorations, games and cake! Too many tragedies to list. It just becomes an unforgettable challenge! Creating the perfect recipe!!!
