Marie's Homemade Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2012
This was great. I made it for friends who just had a baby and they loved it. It was creamy and gooey. I added some smoked gouda and topped with italian panko bread crumbs. This will be my new go to mac and cheese. And to those who think it makes to much just freeze the left overs. Don't half the recipe it will dry out.

GREAT!!!!! These have tons of flavor and are awesome. I used a whole can of enchallada sauce like others suggested. other than that I followed the recipie as written. Next time I will use corn tortillas because they are smaller. These were HUGE but very very good. Thank you to the submitter

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
Great hashbrowns. I added salt and pepper to the potatoes and sprayed a non stick pan with pam and melted a bit of butter to keep it a bit healther than frying them in oil. Great basic recipe theat can be modified to make it your own in a million ways

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
As written this is a 4 star recipe, with small modifications it is an easy 5 star. First off, THANK YOU for submitting this it was awesome. I took others notes and used italian seasoned bread crumbs. Also, I cooked the chicken on a cooling rack so they would not get soggy. I topped the cooked chicken with motz and broiled, nice play on chichen parm. Great meal.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
Great dish. I followed the directions as written except I didn't want to wait for the sauce to thicken so I mixed some flour with some sauce then added it back to the sauce. Turned out GREAT. The sausage can also be subbed out for any other meat. This would be great with chicken. Thanks

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2011
Great alternative to traditional burgers. I followed the recipie but made it for 2 burgers not 4. And I took others suggestions and made them stuffed cheese burgers. Turned out great. Next time I will add 2 chipotle peppers for every 2 burgers, the taste just didn't come through. Will make these again.

Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2011
GREAT APPETIZER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Better than any restaurant version. I used Yukon Gold Potatoes because I rarely have baking potatoes in the house. Turned out great, crispy skins, creamy texture. I will definately make this again. I highly recommend .

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
I made the chutney excatly as written and we loved it. Such a fun substitution the the same old apple sauce. I didn't make the pork chops but instead made a 3 lb pork loin roast. Awesome. I will be making this chutney again
