FANTASTIC sweet bread dough! I use half unbleached flour and half wheat flour and add a little extra sugar --- no bread machine -- all by hand. I use this dough to make my "famous" pepperoni rolls -- I weigh out approximately 1 oz portions of dough, press flat into an oval with my fingers, lay out a row of 5 slices of pepperoni, then roll up, tucking in the ends, and bake them seam side down after egg-washing until golden brown. The combination of sweet dough with the spicy pepperoni is out of this world (always eat warmed in the microwave)!!! But I ALWAYS save some of the dough to make my son some cinnamon rolls. He LOVES them! I tie some dough into a little knot, spray with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter," and generously dip in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar... no icing necessary with this dough. THANK you for this recipe that I will use FOR LIFE!!!
