Delicious. But I'm giving it 4 and not 5 stars, because the cookie dough did cook through, so it was like having a lovely chocolate chip cookie inside the cupcake, rather than raw cookie dough. I found the cookie dough to be very sticky, so I just scooped the dough onto a pan like I would to make cookies. After it was in the freezer for a couple of hours, I removed them and was able to roll them into balls, then froze overnight. When baking, I set the timer for 15 minutes and checked every minute after that. As soon as the "top layer" of cake batter was done, I removed the cupcakes.... but it was too late for the cookie dough. I will make these again, because we all loved them. However, maybe sometime I'll try a different cookie recipe inside that is a bit firmer and will maybe freeze harder. But thank you for a delicious recipe :)
