Glazed Meatloaf I
YUMMY! Was looking for a tasty new meatloaf recipe! Found one!! Only changes I made were to use maple syrup instead of sugar in the sauce, add fresh garlic, a little extra onion, and some of the catsup mixture directly in the meat. I also used oats instead of bread crumbs. Results..... AWESOME!!! Whole family ate it up... even the baby! Thank you!!!

No-Noodle Zucchini Lasagna
This recipe was delicious. My non-zuchinni eating husband and kids loved it even with the changes i made! We are on a dairy free diet right now due to allergies so i omitted the cheese and egg. I did not salt the zucchini beforehand either. I made the sauce very thick and used fresh spinach instead of frozen. I also added rosemary to the sauce. Layered it just as instructed. Next time I will top it with fresh tomato slices. IT WAS YUMMY!!! We will be fighting over the leftovers tomorrow.

Mom's Zucchini Bread
very yummy recipe! made a few changes. substituted honey for the sugar, added shredded coconut and raisins, and increased the zucchini to 3-4 cups. My kids love it!!!! definitely a keeper!! thanks!!!
