Spoiled Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2011
I was really grossed out when I took the ribs out of the water. I had never boiled them before and was not prepared for the pale grey look. As much as I thought against it I proceeded to brush the sauce on and cook them in the oven......WOW! These were the best I have ever had. The only change I made was I added about 1 tbsp of honey as I found for MY taste it was a little on the tart side, but that is my taste buds only and has no bearing on the original recipe. TY spoiled for an awesome recipe. I highly advise anybody to make it. You won't regret it.

Quesadillas II

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2010
being handicapped I had to adjust this so I was able to make it. For the innards I also added brocolli so I would have a veggie. I then sprayed an 8" tortilla with pam and laid it on a cookie sheet. Spooned the chicken and veggies on top, then added the sour creme, cheese and jalepeno peppers. I then took another tortilla and put it on top sealing it around the edges. Then baked it. It was excellent.

Lemon Blueberry Dessert

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2010
I'm not a fan of blueberries so I used raspberries. wow...it turned out awesome. I also tried some in a graham cracker pie shell and it wasn't to my liking but that's just my opinion. I will definitely be making this again and again. tyvm

Cantonese Dinner

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2010
excellent as is but I took the advice of others and added 1 can pineapple and some vegetables. I also added some tapioca to thicken the sauce a bit but that is my own personal preference. will definitely make this again. I'm also going to try it with chicken.

Miniature Chocolate Eclairs

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
I can honestly say this is the easiest recipe I've ever followed. The only problem I had was they came out a little to big for my liking. So next time I cut it down. I made a dozen and filled 6 with whip cream and 6 with vanilla pudding, topping them with melted chocolate chips. Both were awesome. This recipe is a definite keeper!!

Mushroom Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2010
I also made a bit of an adjustment. I browned the pork chops then mixed one can of rice with the mushroom soup and poured it over the top. Baked in the oven the top turns a nice golden brown and is delicious.
