Crispy Potato Wedges

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
This was easy to prepare and it was delicious. Some are suggesting not to use Yukon Gold because the potatoes will end up mushy; that was all I had on hand and wound up letting them drain onto paper towels. By the time dinner came around, they were crisp on our plates.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
It was phenomenal. We didn't even have some of the ingredients on hand (don't like garlic, didn't have hominy and cilantro) and it was still excellent.

Chocopeanutbanana Smoothie

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2012
This was delicious! I ran and made it immediately after reading it after I realized we had every ingredient already. I imagine that this could be used as a meal replacement since it has ingredients I eat anyway in the morning (bananas and milk, for starters). You could always use reduced fat peanut butter and cut the amount of PB and chocolate.

Campbell's Kitchen Chicken Broccoli Divan

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2010
Made this for dinner tonight... so good! I used frozen broccoli instead of fresh only because it's what I had. This recipe is not for a Southerner I don't believe -- 1/2 cup of cheese? That's nonsense! I used a little over a cup and added in mozzarella for color. Also used cream of mushroom soup since it was all we had, and bumped the bread up from 2 tablespoons to a large handful to make it crunchier. Absolutely loved this. Great way to use up Christmas dinner turkey!

Cheeseburger Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
Made this for dinner tonight. I used about a hamburger patty sized portion of hamburger for each of our servings (didn't use a pound) and only enough lettuce to cover the plate. It was absolutely delicious. I put my hamburger buns in for seven minutes and they were lightly toasted. 10-12 minutes might have been too much for our oven. Tastes like a genuine cheeseburger, but a more dressed up version that feels more like a meal instead of a sandwich. We'll make this over and over again!

Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2010
Excellent recipe. I sprinkled taco seasoning on both sides, but found that it was too spicy for my taste. Next time, I will just sprinkle it on the top. I used less cheese and salsa than called for, but the recipe still came out wonderfully. Also had trouble with both chicken and salsa sticking onto my nonstick pans, even though it was greased. I'll use foil underneath my chicken next time.

Twice Baked Potatoes I

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2010
Just made this for dinner for my fiance and I and it was delicious! Didn't completely mash the potato insides up (our fault), but it was still excellent.
