I made pancakes one time and ran out of ingredients, so I improvised. I ended with with flavorless pancakes with the consistency of peanut butter. Uck!!

Creole Seasoning Blend
Delicious! I use it on veggies, fish, chicken and even pasta.

Chewy Coconut Cookies
Delicious! I didn't change a thing but I did have to cook mine longer (about 15 minutes total). I made them larger and ended up with about 28 cookies.
