Well this recipe saved my bread maker because I was ready to send it back. I could not find a good bread recipe until now. I read the reviews and used some of their advice. I substitued the milk powder and water for 1 cup of warmed milk @ 1 minute in microwave. I put 2T honey instead of sugar, and I put 1 teaspoon of butter flavoring. I used the basic setting and light crust. Wow! This bread is what I have been searching for. Needless to say I baked about 10 before this one recipe. I was ready to return my bread maker but not anymore, it's a keeper.

Twice Baked Potatoes

These were great! I added half a bar of cream cheese and omitted the bread crumbs that was the only alteration. My daughter is an excellent cook and she thought these were great!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This is a wonderful recipe! I only made slight changes to it. I added Panko bread crumbs on top and the parmesian cheese and then baked it until it was hot. I seemed a little runny when I took it out but the consistency was great as it cooled. Also, I used real jalapeno pepper (3) but took out the seeds and membrane and although I love hot this was good for anyone...just perfect. My guests loved it! I made it the day before and put in the refrigerator and only popped it in the oven as guests were arriving...This is a KEEPER!
