Easy Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Super easy and delicious! I doubled the recipe so it would work better in my 5 quart ice cream maker and I added 1/2 cup of cocoa, used half and half, and used fat free sweet and condensed milk. It took my maker about one hour to finally stop turning and when I opened the lid it looked like the consistency of a Wendy's frosty. My husband and I love it. Will make it again!

Frozen Blueberry Muffins

I read the reviews below and was concerned about these being too dry. These muffins were perfect! I did spray the muffin cups before putting the batter in and the muffins did not stick to the paper cups. You won't be disappointed!

I used Grands biscuits (buttermilk, original) and they turned out delicious. I even brushed melted butter on top of the biscuits before baking and they turned out golden and beautiful. I even added a picture. Definitely worth trying.

Super Sausage Gravy

I had never made B&G so this was my first time. I followed the directions exactly and it turned out very tasty. I did add garlic and onion powder for flavor. The gravy was very thick and it had a little more meat and not enough gravy for my taste. Next time I will add more milk and only use 1/2 of the meat. Thanks!!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I picked this recipe because so many people said good things, however, I did not have such good luck. I did use margarine instead of butter but I read reviews that said that was okay. First Batch- Baked on Pampered Chef baking stone- Cooked 16 minutes..way to crunchy Second Batch - on baking stone cooked 16 minutes...Turned the cookie over to look at the bottom and it was hollow with a raw dough center. Third Batch- Cooked 16 minutes- Baked on metal cookie sheet...the cookies flattened on the edges but then a small hill in the middle and way too crunchy. Forth batch- better but still too crunchy. I did put the dough in the fridge while the cookies in the oven baked. If someone could tell me what I did wrong that would be great but I won't be making these again.
