I picked this recipe because so many people said good things, however, I did not have such good luck. I did use margarine instead of butter but I read reviews that said that was okay.
First Batch- Baked on Pampered Chef baking stone- Cooked 16 minutes..way to crunchy
Second Batch - on baking stone cooked 16 minutes...Turned the cookie over to look at the bottom and it was hollow with a raw dough center.
Third Batch- Cooked 16 minutes- Baked on metal cookie sheet...the cookies flattened on the edges but then a small hill in the middle and way too crunchy.
Forth batch- better but still too crunchy.
I did put the dough in the fridge while the cookies in the oven baked.
If someone could tell me what I did wrong that would be great but I won't be making these again.
