Indian Pork Chops
These come out delicious, though I've always used mango nectar instead of apricot, as I can't find it anywhere. The only issue with the recipe as written... too little sauce. Absolutely need to double the sauce recipe.

Spoiled Baby Back Ribs
These ribs are just like my mom used to make when I was growing up. They're the absolute best you'll ever eat, hands down. Plus, they don't leave that ribby aftertaste like grilled ribs do. You don't need to change a thing, but if you'd like to skip making your own sauce, find a really basic barbeque sauce, pour the bottle in a pot, add brown sugar, Worchestershire, and liquid smoke, and let it simmer... it's just as good.

Taco Pie
The first time I made this, I used crushed tortilla chips as the recipe calls for and it was extremely dry, even with the sour cream. It's a little unclear... what it should say is crushed Dorito's-style chips. I used them the second time I made it, and added a small can of Mexican-style tomato sauce to the ground beef, and it was a thousand times better.
