Delicious! I added mozzarella and sour cream and it was the perfect texture. Perfect in a bread bowl served with toasted italian bread, crackers and carrot sticks.

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Delicious! I love tuna salad but am trying to cut down on my fish intake. This is a perfect substitute and there are so many variations to make it different each time. Thanks!

Delicious! I took another reviewer's advice and added sauteed spinach and mushrooms. And maybe a tad more parmesan. :) So yummy!

Delicious!! I had already discarded the stems before finding this recipe but cooking the leaves for about 15 minutes was perfect! Also used feta AND parmesan. Amazing!

Southwestern Quinoa Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2012
Delicious!!! I didn't even have adoba seasoning and it still turned out fantastic...just like the black bean and quinoa salad they make at Whole Foods but better. I used orange pepper instead of green. Can't wait to make this again.

Broiled Lobster Tails

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2014
Delicious! I followed suggestions of others and used old bay (my favorite spice) and watched the tails while broiling. Two 5-6oz tails took about 10 minutes. So good!

Indian Fish Curry

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2014
Delicious! Very spicy but just right for my taste. However, I did take the advice of one reviewer and add 1 tsp of cayenne and 1 tsp of curry powder. ALSO, it is very important to let the tomato cook down after adding it and the broth. The writer does not note this but if you don't cook it long enough to reduce (which also requires increasing the heat for several minutes), it won't congeal and the spices will not permeate the sauce. This was fantastic over sautéed spinach and basmati rice. Overall, an excellent dish!

Apple Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
Fantastic! This was my first apple pie ever and I was so pleased at how perfect it turned out. I used a pre made crust from Whole Foods and it was an excellent complement to the filling. I used brown sugar instead of white and next time I may use a little less sugar. But if you like a sweet, apple-y pie, this is it!

Quinoa and Black Bean Chili

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
Delicious! I'm always looking for good veggie chili recipes and this one is one of the best! I added a poblano pepper because I had one in the fridge and sautteed the veggies in olive oil instead of vegetable oil. I would also add more of the chipotle peppers next time. Great recipe!

Roasted Garlic Zucchini and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
This was delicious! What a great way to enjoy zucchini. I even left out the parmesan cheese at the end (accidentally) and it was still fantastic. I probably used double the garlic but that's just because I'm a garlic-a-holic. I also used a mix of yellow and red tomatoes, and added oregano. Would definitely make this again!

Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2010
The best pumpkin pie ever! This was my first attempt at making a pumpkin pie and I was floored at how easy and delicious it turned was. Wow. I used a premade crust from Whole Woods with no hydrogenated oils, covered the crust with foil for the last 15 minutes or so and the whole thing came out perfect. I'll definitely be making this again. Thanks!

Beer-Boiled Shrimp

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2011
Wow. Wow. Wow! By far the best shrimp I have ever tasted. Way better than anything I've had in a restaurant. We cooked half with Old Bay and half with Jamaican Jerk seasoning. Both were incredible. Will definitely be making this again.

Green Chile Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2012
This is one of the best quiches I have ever had! I used the pre-made pie crust from Whole Foods and used fresh roasted green chiles I bought from the farmer's market. I also sauteed 1/2 of a yellow onion with fresh spinach (instead of using frozen spinach) and added that to the mix. Will definitely make this again!

Chipotle and Roasted Corn Salsa

Reviewed: May 4, 2012
Amazing!! I was afraid the jalapenos would be too much so I substituted a poblano pepper. So so good and even better the next day and the day after.
