Very tasty! Made with Cream of Asparagus soup (that's our favorite kind) & green beans, and topped with French Fried onions. So yummy!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2011
I used 1.5 lbs of frozen boneless chicken breasts - since that's all I had. Added spices & cooked in A&W root beer on high for ~1.5 hours. Switched to low and cooked another 7 hours, flipping halfway through (I didn't have enough to cover the chicken and didn't want it to dry out). Drained the root beer, added Ken Davis' Original BBQ sauce. Shredded the chicken and cooked on high for about 20 more minutes. My son said it was the best thing he'd ever eaten! That alone gave it 5 stars. :) Will definitely make again!

Pork Chops to Live For

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
After reading other reviews, I simplified it. I browned and seasoned the pork, and while doing that put a can of cream of chicken & a can of cream of asparagus soup in the crockpot, along with 2 cans of milk. Seasoned, added pork, cooked for several hours. It was so tender I shredded it in the crockpot & served over rice. My 2 (picky) boys loved it and asked when I'd make it again.

Easy Ham and Noodles

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2010
Quite tasty! The only creamed soup I had on hand was cream of chicken, so I had to use that (we usually use cream of asparagus since my husband doesn't like mushrooms). Also used elbow noodles, since that's what I had. Next time I would change the cubed cheese to shredded to melt more evenly throughout, but all in all very tasty!

One Dish Chicken Bake

Very tasty! I just made a couple small changes - used boneless pork chops I had in the freezer, used Cream of Asparagus soup (husband doesn't like mushrooms), and added some French Fried Onions. Everyone loved it!

Apple Graham Dessert

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2010
Made this while my son was at his soccer game...I had to put it in the freezer for 25 min (and then the fridge) since I didn't have enough time. I also didn't have any walnuts, so went without. My family loved it! My 5-year-old said it was "the best dessert ever" and gave it "100 thumbs up". Will definitely make again.
