Carolyn's Oh-So-Easy Cherry Cobbler
Crust was a little soft...not crispy like I would like. It was tasty, though! Just a texture thing.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
I do not normally bake things, but this came out perfect. I used butter instead of shortening and it worked just fine. Moist but not too moist; very rich!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
Delicious recipe! Made the recipe to create 3 servings, and it ended up making the perfect amount for three people. The chicken ended up delightfully crispy. The only thing I changed was the amount of pepper - I nearly doubled the amount of pepper, which gave the chicken some zing. I will use this again - quick, easy, delicious!
