Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

You have to make this to believe how well strawberries and balsamic vinegar go together. I just made it and it is wonderful.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Awesome! I just got done making it for my dinner and it is so very good. I left off the cheese and it is still good. Thanks for this recipe. Oh, I did add more garlic but that's because I love garlic.

I loved this recipe the only change I made was that since I don't use salt I used Mrs. Dash garlic seasoning on it. Will make again. Oh and it was easy.

Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes

This was a very good fall dinner. The only problem I had was that my pork chops weren't as tender as I would have liked them but it might have been the cut. I will make this again.

My family loved this dish. I didnt use the phyllo dough just because I didnt have it and wanted to use what I had on hand. I also used the brown rice as one other person had suggested and the dish was wonderful. Oh and instead of using the beef broth I used the left over gravy from the lamb.

Five Pepper Hummus

Whewwww the flavor was good once you got past the heat. I even put in a lot less peppers but that didnt help. I kept adding more chickpeas but pretty soon I had a mountain of the stuff and it was still hot. I dont think I will make this again but it was worth a try.

The flavor was good but it took sooo long to cook for some reason. I sliced the potatoes thin etc but they still werent ready by the time the ham and peas were.
