Italian Turkey Meatballs

These were just OK. I followed the recipe exactly. Just wasn't impressed. I would not make them again. The parsley made the meatballs a little strong for my taste. I don't waste food so I'll finish them. I ended up adding turkey gravy and mixing it with rice to tone down the parsley flavor.

Grilled Chicken with Rosemary and Bacon

DELICIOUS!! The flavor is amazing! One of the best grilled chicken recipes I've ever made. This is a keeper. I can't wait for lunch to eat the leftovers.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This recipe was pretty good but it was a pain in the (bleep) for me. Messy! LOL. Husband enjoys watching while I cook and thought it was a lot of work too. He enjoyed it though. I bought chicken breasts from the butcher. They were TOO thick so I had to literally filet the breasts which made them easier to manage in rolling them up. Other than the work involved, not too bad. Next time, I would not use butter. Felt like you could smell and taste the calories cooking.

Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans

This was just okay. Maybe I did something wrong. The dish was very salty for our taste. I enjoyed the ability to of making ONE dish. I'll try to modify it a little next time.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Delicious. My husband called them the Brontasorus Chops! Will definitely make again! Had to cook a little longer than recommended. Chops were a little TOO pink for our taste. Total cook time for us was about 35-40 minutes on the grill at about 300-400 degrees. Still came out PERFECT!

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

This was a hit in the household! Husband loved it. I added three slices of chopped bacon (uncooked) before added the chedder. Made a small side salad for some greens! Very good!
