Butternut Squash and Spicy Sausage Soup

I added about 12 oz. of cream cheese instead of heavy cream, and added a little garlic, celery and chardonnay, as others suggested. It was delicious! I also deleted the corn.

Summer Squash Bread

This was a great way to use up my summer squash. I used 1/2 cup oil and 8 oz. of "natural" applesauce. I also used only 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. It was still moist and tasty. I also added a little cream cheese icing!
