Cajun Seafood Pasta
This has been a staple recipe in my kitchen for two years. That warrants a review. Even my picky daughter loves it, though I make it a tad milder for her. As others have said, it is NOT Alfredo but it IS is. I sometimes add broccoli and/or mushrooms and always use only scallops because that is the way we like it.

Boston Baked Beans
This is a delicious recipe! I wanted to make bake beams from scratch...none of this 'open a can of this' and add a 'can of that' business. This will be my go to recipe for beans from now on. I made it nearly exactly as written but made a larger batch. It is also 90+ degrees today, so I used my slow cooker as opposed to the oven. I also don't soak my beans overnight, but rather, cook them on low for several hours, then drain and rinse them, add them back to the slow cooker and add the remaining ingredients. Voila! Delicious and easy!

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf
I, too, am looking for more ways to use quinoa and this recipe is awesome. I used ground beef instead of turkey because we eat locally and ground turkey is difficult to aquire from our local farmers. I also accidentally added the "topping" ingredients into the loaf itself but it was still fabulous. Leftover it was just as good! I'm thinking about making it again tonight.
