Crab-Stuffed Catfish

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2012
I changed it slightly. I am on a somewhat low sodium diet so I left out the salt. I also omitted the cayenne because my wife and girls can't handle the spice. It is way good! I will definitely be making this again!!! Thank you for Sharing!!!

Sourdough Starter II

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2011
I have been looking for a good starter for sourdough bread. I have made a couple loaves from this stater and they have tasted absolutely wonderful. I let it sit on the counter a little longer than you recommended but that is because I like truely sour sourdough bread. Thank you for sharing.

Glazed Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2011
I used this recipe with only a couple of modifications. I used drum sticks instead of wings and I cut the soy sauce in half and use a 1/4 cup of water. I thought this was an okay recipe. Thank you for sharing.

Simple Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2011
I harken back to the days I spent as a young child in elementary school. I remember what the homemade sloppy joes tasted like. I have found a recipe that almost matches that exactly. Thank you very much for sharing this one! My 4 year old daughter actually said she liked it. She doesn't eat much meat. My 2 year old, my wife and I absolutely love it!!!!!!

Seattle Dutch Babies

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
This is one great recipe. My grandma used to make Dutch Babies for me and my cousin in the summers when I was a kid. I was just browsing through the Seattle recipes because I live about 30 miles away. I found this recipe and it brought back so many great memories from childhood. Thank you so much for sharing. Next time I make I am going to probably add sausage and cheddar cheese. YUMMY!

Hidden Cheeseburger

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
This recipe tasted good. I would cut down on the amount of meat that is used. It is also not so special that it makes it worth the effort. Overall good though

I tried this recipe for the first time tonight. It is awesome. I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. The only thing I didn't use was whe Worcestershire sauce. I thought this was great anyway. My wife loved it. Thank you for sharing.

Pizza Pinwheels

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
This is a great recipe. I made one modification though. Instead of having the sauce for dipping I spread some sauce on befor I put in the pepperoni. I did this because my kids are 2 and 4 and really don't get the concept of dipping and I thought this way might be less of a mess. Great recipe!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
I am absolutely amazed with this recipe. I didn't have onions and I added peas and it is awsome. Until today I had not given any thought about fried rice but this recipe is superb! Thank you for posting it.

Canadian Barn BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2010
I recently was serching for a good sauce I could make to be somewhat low sodium. Instead of the garlic salt, I used garlic powder and cut the salt in half. I think this sauce is almost too sweet. I tried it on hamburgers and it tasted great. I am going to cut the brown sugar in half and add more paprica and then it should be perfect for ribs. I am still going to use the original for hamburgers. Overall, a great sauce.
