Heavenly Angel Food Cake
Smashing! Easy! All other recipes pale in comparison(no pun intended) and it's even easier if you own a free-standing mixer! IF YOU USE SPLENDA: The manufacturers of Splenda recommend only replacing 25% of the sugar in angel food cake with Splenda for the reduced-sugar cake to turn out as nicely as the full-sugar cake does.

Grilled Peaches
FABulous! I loved this. I tried it with molasses and feta cheese, and it was SPECTACULAR. Of course, its always hard to beat a cinnamon honey grilled peach, too.
