Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Great! I substituted the water for vanilla and the clove for nutmeg. The dough was a little sticky and hard to form into balls. But they taste amazing. I may add more ginger next time because I love ginger, but they are fantastic the way they are.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake
I made this for a couple of my friends, I didn’t not have any myself (don’t like bananas) but the people who ate it loved it. I used 1/3 cup brown sugar instead of white, and 2 tbsp honey. I also added 2/4 cup chocolate chips and 2/4 cup peanut butter chips, and a icing to it. They said that it was moist and that you could taste the banana well even though I only added 2. they ate the whole thing!

'Got Some Crust' Macaroni and Cheese
I made this last night for me and my boyfriend. I made half the amount of the recipe, and I used a blend of cheddar and mozzarella, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. I enjoyed it but I found it a little bit bland and I thought there was too much of the breadcrumbs. My boyfriend on the other hand really liked it, and he is a very picky eater (I was surprised he ate it seeing as how it wasn’t Kraft dinner). I would definitely make it again but I think I would use a stronger cheese then I did. I would also maybe try adding in peas or something to add another texture and flavour to it.
