Wonderful! However, my 13 lb bird took 4.5 hrs at 350. Fabulous flavor; thanks for the recipe!

Tuna Noodle Supreme

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2012
Didn't have much time, so skipped several steps, yet it tasted great! I used two cans tuna but skipped broccoli, red pepper and green onions. While pasta cooked, I mixed first seven ingredients in Pyrex 2 qt baking dish. Used garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. After adding cooked pasta and stirring, I added enough shredded cheese to cover the top. Placed the whole thing in the microwave for three minutes and served. My family LOVED this dish. From cupboard to table took less than 30 minutes. Thanks for the recipe - it's a keeper!

Baked Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2012
I love this recipe! Have made three times now, and use the same ingredients, but different measurements. Our family of four eats 40 wings along with celery and blue cheese dressing. I find that cooking at 375 degrees on convection setting for 75 minutes gets the wings nice and crispy. Thanks for the recipe!

Easy Manicotti Florentine

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
I made a sneaky vegetarian version, but I'm glad I came across this one as it called for not cooking the shells first. I changed recipe by adding one package of meat substitute crumbles (family doesn't know I don't use real meat), garlic and onion powder, one egg, one tblspn italian seasoning, one jar of spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce. I didn't use spinach as my picky no-veggies eating husband wouldn't want it with something "green" mixed in.

Beautifully Easy Fruit Tart

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
My 10-yr-old daughter made this one by herself, and it turned out fantastic! She did everything exactly like the recipe. Easy and delicious. I give it four stars only because I prefer a sugar cookie crust to the puff pastry, but this is very, very good.
