Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
Wonderful cookies! I didn't have any butter-flavored shortening, so I used 1 cup of unsalted butter, but followed the rest of the recipe as written and they still turned out fantastic. Everyone loved them! Will definitely use the shortening next time.

Parmesan Chicken II

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
Delicious!!! I followed one user's method and par boiled the chicken legs for about 20 min in sea salt and one chicken bouillon cube, let them cool for about 5 min and then rolled them in egg/milk/minced garlic. I only had 8 chicken legs, so I used 1C grated Parmesan and 1C Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and combined in a gallon size zip-lock with a couple tbsp. extra Italian seasoning and about a tsp. garlic salt. Baked at 400 for 30 min, turning once. Incredibly juicy inside and crispy outside and absolutely wonderful flavor!! Family enjoyed it very much. Will definitely make this one again soon. Thank you for a great recipe!

Tater Crisp Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
Easy prep!! I added some minced garlic to the butter when I melted it to give it a little more flavor, and also added some Mrs. Dash and parmesan/romano cheese to the 'taters. Came out so juicy and crispy! Husband said it was great! Will make again for the in-laws :)

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2011
Wonderful recipe! Followed basic recipe, just changed the temp to 400 and baked for about 12 min. Came out perfect. I cheated and used minced garlic, put in in a plastic measuring cup along with the butter and melted the two together in the microwave for about 20 seconds. A++!!

Easy Lasagna I

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2011
GREAT recipe. We have LOTS of deer meat from hunting season so I used that in place of ground beef. The only thing I left out was cottage cheese since my husband doesn't care for it. My Mother In Law raved about it to the family too.. :) Two thumbs up!

Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
Awesome recipe! Since my husband and I are both lactose intolerant, I had to substitute anything dairy, so I followed the base recipe, nixed the onion and green pepper, and used plain soy milk, Tofutti Sour Cream, and Veggie Shreds Monterrey Jack/Cheddar cheese blend and bacon of course :) Can't even tell the difference! YUM!!!
