No Bake Cheesecake I

I didn't want to turn the oven on for 2 hours to do the real thing; this came in very close. I cut lemon juice in half and folded in fresh blueberries. While the consistancy is not that of real cheesecake, it tastes great and is super easy. Summer Cheesecake fix...........solved. Thanks for sharing

Thai Pork Satay

I'm giving this 5 stars based soley on my boyfriends opinion (I'm don't eat pork) He lived in Thialand for 2.5 years and really misses the food. I surprised him with this one day we took the grill to the lake he was SUPER impressed. Thanks for the recipe!

Mall Pretzels

Excellet flavor! Everyone at work requests them. I discovered a few things. If you brush on the soda water after the prezels have baked a few minutes they won't stick to the sheet, I brushed them several times on each side while baking instead of dunking them in it. Also to make the shape more prezel like I made a small ball of dough into a large donut shape and twisted it into a pretzel from there. Awesome recipe, will make again.

French Silk Chocolate Pie II

yummy! I had never made french silk before. I also didn't know that it had raw egg; i am not big on that idea so this is what i did instead. In a double boiler combine eggs (as other suggested three) and suger whisk until sugar is disolved and heat for approx. 5 min. whis super well by hand until light and fluffy. alow to cool and ribbin into your butter and cocoa about 1/3 at a time. Chill.

Easy Focaccia

Pretty darn good. Easy. Awesome way to use up any of your seasonal herbs that are incredible this time of year. Makes a wonderful complement to any soup on a chilly fall afternoon.

Perfect Lemon Curd

Double-Decker Fudge

Really good! I took the suggestion of others and cut the sugar in half, worked wonderful. I also decided to make each half completly seperate. It took a little longer but I think that you get the best out of the two flavors if they mix as little as possible, plus it looks really good. Next time I will buy two jars of marshmellow cream and make two batches at a time!

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Awesome! This was my first time using dry active yeast and I think it went well. I left a half cup of floor out of the mixer and kneeded it into the dough, as to not make the dough too chewy and tough. Thanks

Mango Salsa

Awesome! I served this as an appatizer with fresh shrimp and it went over well. Very flavorful and refreshing. I also used red onion in place of the green and threw in a little fresh ginger that I had lying around. Great recipe!

Creme Brulee III

Not all together bad. I couldn't find light cream so I used half-and-half, probably not a good idea. It tasted a little bit too much like egg. It didn't seem to thicken as well as I think it should have either, might have been the cream I used. I will probably try it again the overall taste is OK, just needs a little profection.

Classic Tiramisu

Wonderful! I made this to impress my boyfriend's mother and that is exactly what I did. As some of the others mentioned it was kind of soft the first time I made it. Make sure that your heavy cream is really whipped and chilled well before you add it to the egg mixture, this worked better for me the second time around. But in slices or globs it is soooo yummmy. Thanks for the great recipie.

Chocolate Covered Peppermint Patties

Yum Yum! Easy and really good! I didn't want to hassel with dipping them completly in chocolate so I just drizzled some on top and it was great. I have also used colored candy coating (you can get from craft stores or baking supply chops) and decorated for the holidays in specific colors! Another thing, They hold up really well in the fridge I have made them up to a week in advance. Thanks for the great and easy recipie!

Hummus III

Great flavor. I like hummus really smooth so I ended up adding a little more oil and lemon juice to get the consistancy to where I wanted it. But really tasty!
